Sound Bath or Sound Healing Session
Immerse yourself in rest through vibration and sound.
Service Description
Sound invites us into stillness. Through the resonant frequencies of Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, sound can create a meditative space for deep relaxation, presence, and restoration. Rather than actively doing, you are invited to soften, listen, and receive. Sound Bath A Sound Bath is an immersive, meditative experience where you rest within a layered landscape of sound and vibration. Allow the mind to quiet, the body to soften, and your awareness to turn inward. Sound baths may be offered privately or in a group setting and are primarily a receptive practice of rest and meditation. Sound Healing Session A Sound Healing Session offers a more personalized experience, guided by your intentions and the energy you wish to cultivate. Through my training in sound healing, I work with the therapeutic and vibrational qualities of sound to support a range of physical, emotional, energetic, and contemplative experiences. Sound Healing Modalities & Areas of Training include: • Therapy for Lower back Pain & or Menstruation • Therapy for Addiction • Therapy for Digestive Disorder • Cleansing & Recharging • Grounding & Self Cleansing • Chakra Healing • Couple Therapy • Hot Water Massage • Healing for pets & plants • Brainwave Therapy Sessions may incorporate different instruments, frequencies, breath, meditation, intention-setting, and other complementary practices to create a more individualized experience. Which Experience Is Right for You? Choose a Sound Bath if you are seeking to rest, receive, meditate, and immerse yourself in sound. Choose a Sound Healing Session if you are looking for a more personalized experience centered around a specific intention, area of exploration, or focused towards a particular healing therapy. When booking, please specify whether you are requesting a Sound Bath or Sound Healing Session so your experience can be prepared accordingly. Sound can become a doorway into stillness—a way to quiet the mind, soften tension, and create space for deeper listening. It can beautifully complement practices such as yoga, meditation, Reiki, and breathwork.
