Refund Policy

I value your time and appreciate your respect for mine. This policy helps ensure that appointments remain available for all clients while honoring the time and care that goes into preparing each session.

Private Yoga Sessions & Ayurvedic Consultations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or may be applied as a credit toward a future session.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Class Packages

If you purchase a package of sessions, unused sessions are non-refundable but may be used before their expiration date (if applicable). Package transfers are offered at my discretion.

Workshops & Special Events

Refunds for workshops, retreats, or special events may be available if canceled at least 7 days before the event unless otherwise noted at registration. After that time, refunds cannot be guaranteed due to advance planning and limited space.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If I need to Cancel

If I need to cancel a session for any reason, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
