Every session is customized to your goals, experience level, and comfort. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with ourselves. Private sessions are available in-person, online, in your home, or for retreats and special events.
